You must be at least 18 years old to use Fairway Club. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app.

Fairway Club allows users to send messages and interact with other members of their golf group. By submitting content, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any content you post.
• Your content must not be abusive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Your content must not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions.
• Share false or misleading information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app.

We provide tools for users to flag objectionable content and block abusive users. When content is flagged, we are notified and will review and remove it if it violates these terms. Blocking a user will immediately remove their content from your view.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use, without notice or liability.

Fairway Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
