• Profile photo: if you choose to upload one
• Golf activity: tee times, round scores, stableford points, and RSVP responses
• Chat messages: messages you send within your group
• Device information: push notification tokens if you enable notifications

• To provide and operate the Fairway Club app
• To calculate course handicaps and stableford scoring
• To send push notifications about tee times and group activity (only if you opt in)
• To display your name and handicap to other members of your private golf group

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only visible to members of the same private golf group you belong to.

We use the following services to operate the app:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting (supabase.com)
• Apple Push Notification Service — for in-app notifications

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Fairway Club is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
